Warranty
What does your warranty cover?
Our warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects. This includes issues that originate during production, such as faulty clasps, improperly set stones, or structural assembly issues that were present from the start—even if they appear after some wear.
What is not covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover normal wear or use-related issues, including but not limited to:
- Scratches, surface changes, or fading
- Plating wear (gold, rose gold, or rhodium)
- Tarnishing due to exposure or storage
- Damage caused by impact, bending, pressure, or accidents
- Exposure to water, chemicals, perfumes, or lotions
- Improper care or storage
- Third-party repairs, modifications, or lost items
These exclusions are standard across the jewelry industry.
Is gold or rhodium plating covered under warranty?
Gold and rhodium plating are surface finishes and may be affected over time by daily wear, friction, skin chemistry, and contact with water, chemicals, perfumes, or lotions. For this reason, plating wear is not covered under warranty.
To help preserve the finish and appearance of your jewelry, we strongly recommend following the guidelines outlined in our Care & Longevity section.
How long is the warranty valid?
Our warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of delivery.
During this period, we cover verified manufacturing and workmanship defects. All claims are reviewed individually, as coverage depends on whether the issue originated from production rather than from use or wear.
