How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are usually issued within 1–2 business days.
Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
No.
If your return request is approved, we cover the return shipping costs.
