What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, only when there is a valid reason and the request complies with our return policy.

Valid return reasons include:

  • Missing items
  • Incorrect color or size
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Delivery issues where the customer is not at fault
Which items are eligible for return?

All items may be eligible for return depending on the reason.

Eligibility is based on:

  • The issue reported
  • Compliance with the 14-day return window
  • Whether the issue is related to manufacturing, fulfillment, or delivery errors

Each request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness.

How will I receive my refund?

Refunds can be issued to:

  • The original payment method, or
  • Store credit, based on your preference

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is approved and processed, refunds are usually issued within 1–2 business days.

Depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take up to 7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

No.

If your return request is approved, we cover the return shipping costs.
